The 'ultimate eco-building': Architect designs futuristic billion-pound complex fitted with wind turbines, solar panels and orchards

Called The Gate Residence, the project was designed by architect, Vincent Callebaut and will feature geothermal cooling, solar panels, heater tubes and wind turbines.
