A source from JKIA says that Foreign Affairs
Cabinet Secretary, Amina Mohamed, may have been the first Kenyan to inspect vehicles
that will probably carry US President, Barrack Obama, or be in his convoy when
he jets into the country in July.
According to
the source, two armoured limousines that look like the ones US President, Barrack
Obama, normally uses and will almost certainly use during his July visit to
Kenya arrived at JKIA, last week and Amina Mohamed inspected them.
“The two
Cadillacs I saw are similar to the one that usually carries the President that
is popularly known as 'The Beast'”
The two
vehicles are currently at the US Embassy in Nairobi and they are heavily
guarded by US marines and General Service Unit (GSU) officers.
The US
President is expected in the country in July to attend the Global
Entrepreneurship Summit.
Obama, who
was born of a Kenyan father and an American mother, was invited to the summit
by His Excellency President Uhuru Kenyatta.
