1 terrorist who blew himself after butchering innocent students at
Garissa University College on Thursday was overheard saying that he
is a martyr who is doing the wishes of Allah.
He was shouting the name of Allah saying
that he will be given 72 virgins once he gets to heaven for accomplishing the
wishes of Prophet Mohamed. Once RECCE commandos zeroed in on him, he blew
himself using a grenade.
Meanwhile, the Kenyan Government on
Thursday confirmed that it was 147 students who were massacred by Al
Shabaab men who attacked the University on Thursday morning.
While addressing the nation,
emotional President Uhuru Kenyatta said his government will not allow Al
Shabaab insurgents divide Kenyans.
“This is the moment for everyone
throughout to be vigilant as we continue to confront and defeat our enemies,”
Uhuru said.
