Some students worked with AL SHABAAB to butcher others & their rooms used as armory

A first year student and survivor of the gruesome Garissa massacre has asked the authorities investigating the deadly terror attack in Garissa University to investigate all students who survived because some of them may have been working with the Al Shabaab at the time.

Speaking to the media, Amos Simiyu recalled how the terrorists kept going to some rooms to reload their guns each time they ran out of bullets.

He noted that some students may have been working with the Al Shabaab and even used their rooms to hide ammunitions.

He said he overheard one terrorist asking which dormitory some of the ammunitions had been kept, a clear indication that they had somebody on the inside, who sneaked the weapons into campus.

Besides, the attackers knew their way around the campus so well that they never went a stray.

“I believe that the terrorists brought in the weapons earlier than the day of the attack. I could see them go to add their arsenal from some location within the dormitory as they asked where others had been kept,” Simiyu was quoted as saying.

He also revealed that the terrorists resorted to butchering students after they ran out of bullets completely

And like the rest of the survivors, Simiyu survived by the skin of teeth and through God’s miracle.
