We don’t want RECCE commandos near OBAMA - CIA tell UHURU/ RUTO’s Government

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on Tuesday wrote a letter to the Kenyan Government requesting “full control” of US President, Barrack Obama’s visit to Kenya in July due to last week’s terror attack in Garissa University College where over 147 people died and hundreds injured.

Initially, Kenya’s security agencies were given a central role in planning Obama’s visit but following the Garissa massacre, the US State Department in liason with the intelligence community revised their plan.

According to a US Embassy official who requested anonymity, the CIA will work hand in hand with the Secret Service in planning for the tour and have asked Kenya’s security agencies to keep off from interfering with their plans.

With over 1,200 delegates expected for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit which Obama will attend, security is a major factor in the planning stages.

Sources said Kenya Defence Forces and police will only guard hotels  where the 1,200 delegates will sleep but not anywhere near Obama.

The US President is expected to visit the country on July 25 for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit
