EXPOSED: Here is the identity of a senior police officer who rapes men at Vigilance House.

The police driver who accused his boss of sexually assaulting him in an office at Vigilance House has recorded a statement at the Criminal Investigations Department, a week after the alleged incident happened.
The constable, who felt that his complaint against his boss was not taken seriously at Vigilance House, went to the Nairobi County Police headquarters and also recorded his statement at the CID office last Friday.
The junior officer claimed that the police boss who has been sexually abusing him is a Superintendent of Police based on fourth floor of Vigilance House (the Kenya Police Headquarters).
The man also said that before he was posted to Vigilance House, he served as a senior officer at Kiganjo Training College, where he was also accused of sexually molesting recruits who joined the police force.
In his statement to the CID, the junior police officer narrated how he fought his way out of his boss’ forth floor office after he was stripped naked by his amorous boss.
The officer said that he was summoned to his boss’s office in the pretext of picking some luggage at about 5.55 pm on May 18.
As a devoted police officer, he rushed to his boss office without realizing what awaits him.
When he entered his office, his boss closed the door and grabbed his hand and hugged him for five minutes all the while kissing him all "over his face"
He then unzipped his trouser and grabbed his crotch, prompting the officer to fight back.
“I tried to resist all these but he was so aggressive that he even managed to kiss me all around the face... I resisted enough but my energy wasn’t enough to stop him. He finally unzipped his trousers then forced his p3nis between my thighs," the officer said.
The police officer said his shirt was torn during the struggle before he freed himself and ran to the door, which he opened and escaped downstairs to the car.
He said senior police officers are protecting the beast who has been molesting junior police officers at Vigilance House.
