Machakos County is headed for the rocks following the supremacy battle
between Governor Alfred Mutua and his Deputy, Bernard Kiala.
Barely a day after Mutua sensationally
accused Kiala of misusing his position as the Deputy Governor to solicit bribes
and lure women to have s3x with him in his office in exchange for favours, the
embattled Deputy Governor has fired back.
Speaking to NTV through phone on
Tuesday, Kiala denied Mutua’s allegations that he has been stealing from poor
Kambas and using his office to demand for bribes and s3xu@l favours from
residents.
He blasted the Machakos Governor
accusing him of peddling lies against him to save his dwindling PR and image.
He termed Mutua’s allegations as total
lies saying that Mutua should have gone to the nearest police station and
record a statement if he means what he said publicly.
“Mutua has run out of ideas. He has
fought his wars to an extent that he no longer has any arsenal with him to
fight and you can see that he has panicked. The allegations he is putting
through against me I would advise him to go to the nearest police station and
record a statement,” said Kiala.
