Zanzibar, Tanzania — A $6, 170 bounty has been put on the heads of two suspects linked to last Wednesday's acid attack targeting two British women in Tanzania’s semi-autonomous island of Zanzibar.
Announcing on Friday, Zanzibar Police Commissioner Musa Ali Musa said the cash reward by the island’s government is for details that would lead to the arrest of the two people suspected of carrying out the attack on teenagers Kirstie Trup and Katie Gee who sustained burns on their faces, chests and hands.
